In Phoenix R&D Srl we committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information that we receive from our clients and process on their behalf and would like such processing to be open and transparent.

This Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) according to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “Regulation”) sets out the types of personal information we collect, how we collect and process that information, who we share it with in relation to the services we provide and certain rights and options that you have in this respect.

The data controller is Phoenix R&D Srl, Via della Cooperazione 9 – 4500 Rovigo, Italy.

We process personal data referring to a physical person and which allows us to identify him or her precisely: name and surname, place and date of birth, residence, professional seat, office or job role, telephone numbers and e-mails, identification data for tax purposes such as tax code and VAT number.
In cases where payments must take place between you and us, your bank details will also be processed (bank account, Iban number, account ownership).

We don’t process genetic data, biometric data, data related to health, sexual life, sexual orientation, as well as data capable of revealing the origin of race or ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, union membership without the interested party gives explicit consent, once the specific purpose of the processing has been identified.

We process the data in paper or electronic form and we can proceed with the collection, storage, recording, use, transmission, communication, with methods and tools appropriate to the purposes of the processing, in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation.

To this end, we have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.

We have also put in place procedures to deal with any personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Your data are processed following the requirements of lawfulness provided by para. 6 of the Regulation.

We can communicate your data to the following subjects and for the purposes indicated: (i) our consultants and collaborators, for the purpose of carrying out the activities required to us; (ii) the professional office that follows the accounting of Phoenix R&D Srl, to fulfil the accounting and fiscal requirements; (iii) public bodies when this is required by law, for example in the case of mandatory reports or communications.

You, as a data subject or data subject, have the rights, to be exercised in the manner laid down in the Regulation in Articles 15 et seq.

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

We reserve the right to update and change this Notice from time to time in order to reflect any changes to the way in which we process your personal data or changing legal requirements.
